Meraki Health (Alleve)

Meraki Health (now rebranded as Alleve) is Aberdeen's premier independent wellness centre specialising in contrast therapy. Located just 5 minutes from the city centre, it features a traditional Finnish sauna heated to 90°C, a Brass Monkey cold plunge at 6-8°C, and float therapy rooms with 2m+ high ceilings. Private sessions include guided breathing meditation and all amenities.
