Kontrast is the UK's first sauna and ice bath café, offering a unique wellness experience that combines traditional Scandinavian practices with a modern café environment. The venue features three saunas (two traditional Finnish saunas and one infrared sauna) and three ice baths with temperatures ranging from 3°C to 12°C. The café serves specialty coffee, fresh juices, teas, and snacks, providing a space for relaxation and socialization. Kontrast also hosts events such as art, music, breathwork, and mindfulness workshops.
