Sheffield's newest Scandinavian-style wellness centre in the Heart of the City development. Located in the Grade II listed Bethel Sunday School building, Güs offers two Finnish-grade saunas (24-person and 12-person with city views), four ice baths ranging from 3-12°C, cold plunge shower, and guided Saunagus ceremonies inspired by Nordic and German Aufguss traditions. On-site café serves Dark Woods coffee, recovery shakes, and locally baked goods.

Innovative urban wellness sanctuary in Kelham Island offering Fire & Ice contrast therapy. Features Finnish sauna, spacious infrared sauna, four ice baths (1.5-7°C), mist showers, snow machine, and gua-sha massage equipment. Guided sessions include breathwork, aromatherapy, and sound baths. Also offers red light therapy, compression therapy, PEMF crystal mats, yoga and pilates classes. Vibrant, energetic atmosphere with so-bar serving kombucha.
Turkish Baths 1877
Historic Victorian Turkish Baths in Sheffield's Devonshire Quarter, operating since 1877. Features original ornate tiles, traditional hot steam rooms, modern sauna, infrared steam room, eucalyptus steam room, ice chamber, cold plunge pool, and rainforest shower. Treatment rooms offer hammam scrub, massages, facials, and salt scrubs using locally-made Sheffield products. On-site Plant Room Cafe serves locally sourced food and drinks.
WARMTH Community Sauna
The UK's original wood-fired horsebox sauna, now with a permanent home in Sheffield's Wicker area. Features a handcrafted Finnish-style sauna designed by artist Bethany Wells, cold plunge tub, and outdoor shower in the green yard of Nomad Maison. Community-focused with affordable sessions, inclusive atmosphere, silent sessions, trans+ sessions, and babes-in-arms sessions. Capacity 6 per session.
