Pause Studio Buckhead

Pause Buckhead is a recovery and wellness studio in Paces Ferry Plaza offering guided contrast therapy in a dedicated private sauna and cold plunge space. Guests alternate between an infrared sauna and a cold plunge kept between 40 and 55 degrees Fahrenheit in 30- or 60-minute sessions. The studio also runs float therapy, cryotherapy, LED light therapy, compression therapy, IV drips and Aescape robotic massage, sold through credits and memberships.
