Two wood-fired saunas at the Canoe Centre on Mill Lane in Palmerstown, on the banks of the River Liffey, with cold plunges, outdoor showers and a river plunge. Shared sessions run 45 minutes for up to 24 people and private hire can be arranged. Open from 11am on weekdays except Tuesday, and from 9am at weekends.
