Löyly Sauna Lounge

Löyly Sauna Lounge is a social contrast-therapy lounge in Houston's Montrose and Harlow District, opened in 2024 by Cindy and Dion Ruzicka. Four infrared saunas, a saltwater hot tub and a communal saltwater cold plunge kept at 41 to 49°F share one open-concept space, with guided cycles of heat, cold and breath. A seven-day Löyly Pass costs $49, a five-session package $149 and a private suite for two starts at $150. Open from 6 AM on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
