Description
Sweheat Sauna is a family-run, independent outdoor sauna on Western Beach at Royal Victoria Dock in Newham, east London. Its Simply Sauna sessions move between a wood-fired sauna and a cold plunge on the water's edge, and the programme adds Aufguss rituals, full moon rituals, storytelling and women's bath nights. A private sauna experience for up to six guests is offered with Pixxla. Open Monday to Friday 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM and weekends 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM; booking is essential.
