Elev8 Infrared

Elev8 Infrared is an infrared sauna and cold plunge studio on West Third Street in Beverly Grove, Los Angeles. Sessions include a 45-minute infrared sauna, an infrared sauna with red light panel, an 8-minute cold plunge and a contrast room that combines infrared sauna, red light panel, cold plunge and shower in one space. A first visit is $25 for any single service; regular prices are $50 for the infrared sauna, $39 for the cold plunge and $95 for the contrast room.
