Description
The Plunge & Sauna Method is a contrast-therapy studio at 6808 SW 81st Street in south Miami. Guests book 20-minute sauna sessions, cold plunge sessions built around three two-minute immersions in roughly 40°F water, or a combined circuit, in private suites sized for one or two people. Single sessions cost $30 for sauna or cold plunge alone and $45 for both, and memberships are available on request.
