Shiver & Sweat

Shiver & Sweat is a private-suite infrared sauna and contrast therapy studio on North Williams Avenue in North Portland, at the address previously used by Pure Sweat Sauna Studio. Each 60-minute session takes place in a private suite with a full-spectrum infrared sauna reaching 170 degrees, a cold plunge kept between 46 and 52 degrees and red light therapy; standard suites fit two guests and an XL suite holds up to four. Sessions are booked individually online, with memberships also offered.
