Conscious Body Recovery

Conscious Body Recovery runs a private contrast therapy suite inside a training facility on Sports Arena Boulevard in the Midway district, pairing an infrared sauna with a cold plunge in the same private room. Sessions run 25, 55 or 85 minutes with towels and amenities included, for one guest or up to two per member; a first session is $29 with a code, regularly $50. Open by appointment every day from 6 AM to 9 PM, with a second studio in Temecula.
