Point Loma Sports Club

Point Loma Sports Club is a father-and-daughter-owned 23,000-square-foot fitness center at Liberty Station with weight training, functional fitness, yoga and cycling studios and a wellness center offering massage and chiropractic care. Far infrared saunas sit in each locker room, each fitting up to six people, and members use them without appointment; day passes for non-members are $30. Open Monday to Friday 5 AM to 9 PM and weekends 7 AM to 6 PM, with towel service, lockers and parking.
