The Plunge San Diego

The Plunge is a historic indoor swimming pool at Belmont Park in Mission Beach, opened in 1925 and renovated with a retractable roof, ocean views and a 175-foot heated pool at 83 to 85°F with seven lap lanes and an inflatable obstacle course. A cedar dry sauna heated to 170°F is open to adult users and included in the $35 recreational day pass along with lap lanes, the turf fitness area, locker rooms and hot showers. Open to the public and members daily 7 AM to 7 PM.
