Pause Castro is a wellness studio at 2234 Market Street in San Francisco's Castro District built around contrast therapy. Private suites combine an infrared sauna with a cold plunge for guided 30- or 60-minute sessions of alternating heat and cold immersion, and the studio also offers float therapy, LED light therapy, compression, IV drips and robotic Aescape massage. Sessions and packages are booked online, with membership credit plans available.
