Description
Perspire Sauna Studio Berkeley, at 2598 Shattuck Avenue, offers private full-spectrum infrared sauna suites with built-in red light therapy, halotherapy and towel service. Guests wear swimwear or light clothing in their own suite, and can finish with the SNØ cold shower and a cold eucalyptus towel. A single session costs $59 and memberships run $129 to $249 a month; the studio is HSA/FSA eligible. It is open Monday to Friday 7 AM to 9 PM and weekends 8 AM to 6 PM.
