The Studio Sauna + Cold Plunge Dunedin

The Studio is a Nordic sauna and cold plunge studio in Dunedin's Causeway Plaza beside Honeymoon Island. Guided one-hour sessions run three rounds of 15 minutes in the sauna followed by roughly 4-minute plunges in chillers set between 42 and 58°F, with group meditation, breathwork or discussion, and open-gym hours let members and drop-in guests use the facilities at their own pace. A drop-in visit costs $39 and the space is also available for private events.
