Sea Biscuit Sauna is a wood-fired mobile sauna located on the Aberdeen beachfront at the Fittie end. Owned by local wellness advocate Debbie Thornton, it offers fully guided sensory sauna rituals including meditation, aromatic löyly steam with essential oils, traditional vihta whisking with oak and birch branches, herbal tea, body scrubs, and hair oil treatments. A second barrel sauna operates at Calm Space Yurt in Auchnagatt.
