Industry Athletics on Key Highway in Federal Hill is the home of CrossFit Federal Hill and runs a dedicated recovery area, IA Recovery, alongside its training floor. It pairs an infrared sauna with a commercial PLUNGE cold tub held at 45 to 50°F. Single plunges are open to non-members at $22, or $15 for members, so drop-in visitors can use the recovery suite without joining the gym.
