Very Well: Optimal Living Center

Very Well is a wellness centre in The Quad on Hamill Road in Roland Park, north Baltimore. Its salt therapy room doubles as an infrared sauna, combining halotherapy, infrared heat and chromotherapy in one space that takes up to three people, and sits alongside acupuncture, massage, PEMF, red light therapy and sound baths.
