Description
Eastend is a wellness club in Fulton Market built around communal contrast therapy. Its 40-person Finnish sauna runs at 180 to 194°F with essential-oil infusions and towel waving, paired with cold plunge tanks set between 40 and 55°F; an infrared sauna, light therapy and salt therapy are also offered. Drop-in sauna and plunge sessions last up to 75 minutes and cost $45. Open weekdays from 7 AM and weekends 9 AM to 6 PM.
