S.A.Y Wellness Hub (Sandycove Store & Yard)
A Nordic-style wellness hub at the Sandycove Store & Yard on Sandycove Road, combining sauna sessions with food and a social space. It has two wood-fired barrel saunas and a 10-person red light therapy sauna hut, two cold plunge pools, a rain shower, a 3 degree ice bath and a hot tub. Sessions run 60 minutes from EUR 20, Wednesday to Sunday.
