Idlewild Spa at Omni Viking Lakes Hotel

Idlewild Spa is a 7,000-square-foot Nordic-inspired spa inside the Omni Viking Lakes Hotel in Eagan, south-east of Minneapolis. Guided by Finnish-style thermotherapy, guests cycle heat, cool and relax through a sauna, steam room, ice fountain and deluge shower, a Himalayan salt relaxation room and a hot tub on a 1,300-square-foot deck with firepits, alongside massages and body treatments. Closed Mondays; open from 11:30 AM Tuesday, 9:30 AM Wednesday to Friday and 8:30 AM at weekends.
