Optimyze Scottsdale

Optimyze Scottsdale is a contrast therapy and recovery center in the McCormick Ranch area on North Via Paseo Del Sur. It pairs a full spectrum infrared sauna and a traditional sauna with a cold plunge, warm water hydrotherapy, compression, red light and PEMF in a coached one-hour session. First visits cost $35 for Greater Phoenix residents and other sessions are $69, and the center also runs breathwork and other classes. Open daily, weekdays 8 AM to 7 PM and weekends 9 AM to 4 PM.
