Centrum TARA is a community-style health and wellbeing centre in Staré Brno with a cosy Finnish sauna and an aroma sauna for up to 14 people, plus massages, therapies, a café and a basement space for lectures and events. Sessions are 120 minutes (280 CZK, or 180 CZK with a Multisport card) and are currently booked as private sessions by phone at least one working day ahead.

Sauna Andersen is a small family-run Finnish sauna on Slovákova street in the centre of Brno, with room for eight people, an outdoor cooling pool and a relaxation lounge. It suits individuals and small groups who prefer a quiet sauna, and the whole sauna can also be booked privately. Basic entry is 370 CZK; open daily from 16:00 to 23:00 with last entry at 21:00.

Sauna Komfort klub has run a Finnish sauna in Brno since 2009, with a stove that also handles steam bursts with herbal essences, an outdoor cooling pool, an ice well and a cooling bucket. The relaxation room has a bar, wifi and a turtle vivarium, and the whole sauna can be hired for private events.

Sauna Rosnička is the newly renovated sauna at the Sokol Žabovřesky sports complex, in a wooded setting on the western edge of Brno. Sessions run in 90-minute blocks for up to 15 people, either as individual entry (250 CZK per person) or with the whole block booked privately; towels and sheets can be rented. It reopens on 14 September 2026 with afternoon and evening blocks on weekdays.

Wellness Park Lužánky is a small sauna centre on the edge of Lužánky park, north of the city centre, with four saunas: a Finnish sauna with a panoramic window where sauna ceremonies take place, a wooden outdoor herbal sauna, a bio sauna and a honey-and-fire sauna. Capacity is 25 visitors, with indoor and outdoor cooling, massages and yoga classes; the saunas can also be rented privately.

Třpyt is Brno's only river sauna, a small wooden sauna for six people on the bank of the Svratka in Jundrov where you cool off directly in the river. Individual entry is 600 CZK for 110 minutes and the whole sauna can be booked for 2,600 CZK; in summer the building becomes a café and open-air cinema. Winter season hours are Tuesday and Thursday 18:00 to 22:00 and weekends 16:00 to 22:00.
