Infinit Maximus
Infinit Maximus is the largest wellness complex in Brno, set in woodland by the Brno reservoir next to the Maximus Resort hotel. Its sauna world has twelve themed saunas from 40 to 110 °C, including a sauna on the lake, a cave sanctuary, the Vulcano, salt, honey and citrus saunas and two steam cabins, with daily sauna ceremonies, indoor and outdoor thermal pools, ice pools, a Kneipp bath and a natural bathing pond. Basic entry is 870 CZK.

Wellness Orion in Brno-Lesná combines a sauna world with a water zone, fitness and massages under one roof. The four saunas are an aroma sauna, a honey sauna, a Finnish sauna and a steam sauna, with a cooling pool; the water world has a whirlpool, a relaxation pool with waterfall and counter-current, and massage beds. Wellness is open daily from 9:00 to 21:30.

The saunas open weekdays from 16:00 and weekends from 11:00, until 21:30. The whole facility is closed for maintenance until 20 September 2026.

Lázně Rašínova are the historic city baths in the very centre of Brno, run by STAREZ-SPORT, with a swimming pool, gym, solarium and a wellness zone. The wellness zone has two Finnish saunas, a steam sauna and an infrared sauna, with a cooling pool, massage shower, ice well and cooling bucket. Entry is 280 CZK for two hours and works with a chip wristband.
OREA Resort Santon Wellness
OREA Resort Santon sits on the shore of the Brno reservoir in Bystrc, and its spa has a sauna world with an aromatic herbal sauna, a Finnish sauna, a honey sauna and a steam sauna, an outdoor relaxation area with a cooling pool, a swimming pool and a fitness area. It is open daily from 7:00 to 22:00; on Fridays and Saturdays the spa is reserved for hotel guests.
