BASK Detroit

BASK Detroit is a sauna and cold plunge wellness club in Brush Park. Its Finnish dry sauna holds up to 40 people at 170–200°F and is paired with four single-occupant cold plunge tubs set between 37 and 50°F. Visitors get a two-hour block for the open contrast circuit; a single session costs $60 and memberships start at $180 a month. Open Monday to Saturday 7 AM to 9 PM. Private sessions and group events are not offered.
