Firefly Spa in Royal Oak runs an open contrast therapy model with no reservations needed: a commercial-grade full spectrum infrared sauna set at 150°F that seats ten, followed by stainless-steel Frozen 9 cold plunge tubs kept between 46 and 59°F. A private room, The Oasis, pairs its own infrared sauna and plunge tub and suits couples. The first open contrast visit is free; daily passes, packages and memberships are offered, with towels, lockers and a lounge serving herbal tea included.
