Haven Wellness in Wyandotte combines massage therapy with a private full spectrum infrared sauna featuring chromotherapy, aromatherapy and Bluetooth audio. Sauna visits run 30 or 50 minutes plus clean-up time and are sold mainly through memberships, from $75 a month for 15 visits to $100 for unlimited use, with couples and annual plans. Cryotherapy, a salt-therapy Vitality Booth and red light therapy are also offered. Open by appointment only, Monday to Sunday, with door-code access.
