Nordbad

Nordbad is a neoclassical municipal indoor bath in Schwabing-West whose sauna landscape combines a Finnish sauna of about 92°C, a steam bath, a sanarium with three warm-air rooms at 45 to 65°C and an open-air terrace with an outdoor sauna. Two large plunge pools, one cold at about 15°C and one warm at 34°C, plus an outdoor plunge pool support cooling. Aufguss runs many times daily, Wednesday is women's day, and the sauna opens daily from 7:30 AM to 11:00 PM; four hours cost 23 EUR.
