Südbad

Südbad in Sendling is a municipal indoor bath designed as a 'Freibad mit Dach', with large glass facades onto landscaped grounds. Its roughly 500 m² sauna landscape has a Finnish sauna of about 92°C, a steam bath of about 45°C and a colour-light sanarium of about 60°C, with an outdoor terrace, a cold plunge pool of 12 to 15°C and an ice fountain. Aufguss runs nine times a day, Thursday is women's day, and the sauna is open daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM; a four-hour ticket costs 23 EUR.
