Rock Spa & Salon occupies 26,000 square feet on Level 2 of the East Hotel Tower at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa. Its wet areas include men's and women's hot tubs, salt saunas and steam rooms plus a co-ed Aqua Lounge, and 13 treatment rooms host music-driven Rhythm & Motion treatments. Non-hotel guests can buy a spa day pass for $100 Monday to Thursday or $200 on Fridays, weekends and holidays. Spa services run daily 8 AM to 8 PM.
