Heim Regenerative Medicine Center in South Tampa runs custom-built Western Red Cedar barrel saunas in an open-air covered structure, each seating up to 16 people, alongside cold plunge tubs. Its Frost and Flame classes combine two 20-minute sauna rounds with two 3-minute cold plunges and are open to the public through scheduled sessions. The clinic is open Monday to Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM and Friday 8 AM to 3 PM.
