CASCADA is a wellness hotel in Portland's Alberta Arts District whose underground Thermal Springs circuit is open to day visitors aged 21 and over. Guests move between hot and ambient vitality pools, two dry saunas kept around 190 degrees, an Italian marble steam room, a walk-in cold plunge and relaxation spaces, plus a conservatory pool and an outdoor courtyard with a hot tub and fire pit. Day passes start at $100 for a two- to three-hour visit; swimsuits required. Open from 7 AM most days.
